At my core, I believe people already have what they need within them to heal and grow. Sometimes those strengths are simply harder to access after difficult or overwhelming experiences.
Healing happens in the context of a safe, supportive relationship. I work alongside you to reconnect with your values and move toward a life that feels more meaningful.
Understanding Healing
Traumatic or painful events, especially those outside of our control, can leave us feeling stuck in patterns of fear, self-doubt, or powerlessness. These experiences can pull our attention toward what went wrong and away from the life we want to be living.
Part of healing is learning to make space for these experiences without letting them define us, and to gently release the belief that they are a personal failing or fault.
Acceptance does not mean approval of what happened—it means allowing the truth of our experiences to exist so we can move forward with greater freedom and choice.

Working Together
Therapy is a collaborative process and a relationship built on trust, curiosity, and compassion. I do not approach therapy as the expert on your life. Instead, I work alongside you, helping you notice patterns that may no longer be serving you, reconnect with what matters most to you, and build flexibility in how you respond to life's challenges.
Together, we focus not just on reducing distress, but on creating space for growth, meaning, and purposeful action, even in the presence of difficult thoughts or emotions.
